Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Florida is seeking a housekeeping supervisor responsible for the successful operation of the housekeeping shift, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the casino and public areas, and promoting Family Style Service through actions and a positive attitude.

You will develop and manage the scheduling of housekeeping work assignments, oversee the completion of tasks, ensure safety and security, review staffing to meet budget, and supervise staff

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA standards for safety, handling of chemicals and bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the scheduling of housekeeping work assignments and oversees the completion of the assignments.
• Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers; supervises programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Reviews staffing levels to maintain the budgeted level of employment; delegates authority and assigns responsibilities.
• Develops staff through interviews, hires and evaluations; maintains employee files.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards for safety, chemicals and bloodborne pathogens; operates cleaning equipment safely.
• Reviews housekeeping activities with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Handles routine customer complaints and incidents and escalates when necessary.
