Job summary

Grand River Casino is seeking a Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to casino guests and assist with loyalty program enrollment and promotions. You will be the primary contact for guests, explaining rewards and policies while maintaining accurate guest records.

The role involves processing cash transactions, enrolling new members, and coordinating promotional activities with Marketing and Operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate casino player management systems and promotional kiosks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist casino guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain guest information in loyalty systems.
• Explain loyalty program benefits, policies, and rewards to members.
• Enroll new members in the loyalty program and issue player cards.
• Process and redeem loyalty points for cash or rewards.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, events, and guest incentives.
• Assist with registration, drawing entries, prize distribution, and other activities.
• Record and maintain documentation related to promotions and guest transactions.
