Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with preferred casino/guest relations exposure.
• 2 years in casino marketing or related sales experience; 1 year in players club or guest relations.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to hosted and coded players to maximize gaming profitability.
• Liaise with casino hosts for personalized experiences for hosted players.
• Staff VIP lounge, call centers, and concierge services as appropriate.
• Maintain guest databases and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging entertainment experiences.
• Adhere to safety, policies, and background screening requirements.
