Job summary

Parkwest Casino is hiring a Player Rewards Representative (Customer Service) to greet guests, answer calls, and coordinate with Gaming staff. You will inform guests about promotions and rewards programs, assist with cards, and support event operations.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of hospitality or similar environment handling high-volume guest inquiries.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) required.
• Excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the rewards center and answer inquiries.
• Assist guests with directions, information about facilities, and services.
• Issue and replace players cards for new players.
• Inform guests about promotions and rewards programs.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from guests.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
