Job summary

Commerce Casino is seeking a Guest Services Desk associate to deliver superior guest experiences, enroll players in the Rewards Club, and provide accurate information about the casino, hotel and events. The role requires a polished, friendly demeanor and the ability to work a swing/grave shift schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest records, assisting with promotions, and supporting marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computers, printers, scanners, Windows, Office, Excel, email and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Enroll guests into the Commerce Players Club and assist with sign-up for the website/app.
• Maintain guest records, preferred play, and redemption information.
• Provide exceptional guest service and information on casino facilities, events and amenities.
• Operate department systems and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Support marketing/promotional activities and distribute gifts during events.
• Stand, walk and lift up to 45 lbs as required during shifts.
