Job summary

The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist players, verify jackpots, and promote the players club. You will monitor slots, process payouts, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth play and compliance with all gaming regulations.

In this role, you will build positive relationships with guests, maintain accuracy with IRS/accounting forms as required, and uphold the company service standards while supporting casino operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain composure when handling disputes.
• Must be able to obtain/renew Nevada gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and promote the company service standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests who play slot machines.
• Ensure prompt and accurate payout of jackpots.

• Alert technicians when repairs are needed and assist guests to machines.
