Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Gaming Concierge to be the face of guest service on the casino floor, focusing on slots. You will enroll players in Genting Rewards, assist with jackpot processing, and support slot operations and guest requests.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong cash handling skills in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. You'll work with Cage, F&B, EVS, and Security teams, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and RW policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years customer service experience in a similar or related field.

Responsibilities

• Circulate through an assigned area and respond to slot machine calls and guest requests in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent and personalized guest service while greeting guests and attending to their needs.
• Assist with slot machine payouts and enrollment into Genting Rewards program.
