Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Service Representative in the Slots department to assist guests at the machines, monitor jackpots, and promote the players club. You will work closely with staff to ensure high standards of service and help maintain a secure gaming environment.

Responsibilities include promoting casino promotions, assisting guests to their preferred machines, and coordinating with technicians when repairs are needed. Must be 21+ and capable of obtaining required Nevada licenses.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to handle customer disputes in a professional and tactful manner.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Practice, support and promote the Company Service Standards at all times
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Guests who play slot machines
• Ensure prompt and accurate payout of jackpots
• Encourage Guests to enroll in players club
• Promote special promotions offered by the casino
• Alert technicians if repair is needed
• Assist Guests to their favorite machine
