The D Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Service Representative in the Slots department to assist guests at the machines, monitor jackpots, and promote the players club. You will work closely with staff to ensure high standards of service and help maintain a secure gaming environment.

Responsibilities include promoting casino promotions, assisting guests to their preferred machines, and coordinating with technicians when repairs are needed. Must be 21+ and capable of obtaining required Nevada licenses.

JOB TITLE: Guest Service Representative

DEPARTMENT: Slots

JOB SUMMARY:

Processes jackpot/hopper fills and makes minor slot machine repairs. Maintains surveillance of assigned areas in order to detect irregularities on the part of players and/or assigned personnel. Responsible for the verification of jackpots and preparation of proper IRS and accounting forms as required. Acts as a host to guests and players in order to encourage play activity. Works closely with department personnel and company executives in order to maintain optimum efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
