Job summary

The role requires 21+ years of age, the ability to obtain an Illinois gaming license, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided, with opportunities for growth within the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, entertaining atmosphere aligned with Bally's Born to Entertain.
• Promote guest service and build long-lasting guest relations.
• Learn and operate food and beverage computer systems.
• Assist guests with purchases, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Set up cashier workstation with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
