Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment at our Rock Island location. You will ring in guests, maintain clean work areas, and follow policies for handling revenue and closing out centers.

Qualifications

Customer service skills preferred.
Ability to listen actively and respond to guest needs.
Read/write/speak English.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a service culture to ensure superior guest service by all team members.
Ensures department follows regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Complete side work and checklists as assigned.
Ring in guests promptly and accurately by tender, with eye contact and guest names when possible.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow company policies for revenue handling, signing out banks, and closing revenue centers.
Use Point Of Sale InfoGenesis systems.
Maintain inventory par levels and restock as needed.
Be aware of promotions and events.
All other duties as assigned.
