Job summary

Bally’s in Chicago seeks a friendly guest services cashier to create a fun, entertaining atmosphere and promote a customer-centric culture. You will learn and efficiently operate food and beverage computer systems and assist guests with purchases at the point-of-sale.

Set up and organize cashier workstation, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to all procedures. Must be 21+, eligible for an Illinois gaming license, with 6+ months of related experience and open night/weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain the cleanliness of workstation at all times.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
