Job summary

This position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with potential for varied shifts. A high school diploma is preferred, and you must maintain composure with intoxicated

Qualifications

• Able to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be TIPS trained and obtain Bass Card.
• Handle intoxicated guests professionally and safely.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture delivering superior guest service by all team members.
• Rings in guests accurately per tender, with eye contact and using guest names when possible.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Follows company policies for revenue handling, banking, and closing out revenue centers.
• Maintains inventory/par levels and supports promotions and events.
• Operates in the InfoGenesis system and supports all duties as assigned.
