Table Mountain Casino Inc. in Friant, CA, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor under the Restaurant Services Manager to oversee daily casino dining outlets, ensuring quality, service and compliance with regulations. The role focuses on staffing, training, guest satisfaction, and inventory management across all F&B areas.

You will monitor operations, lead staff through coaching, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are consistently met while supporting financial goals and guest experiences.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Three years cash handling and guest service experience.
• Three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily food and beverage outlets in the casino and ensure guest service needs are met.
• Counsel, train, and potentially discipline staff to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate server, bartender, expeditor and busser schedules to maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Monitor food and beverage operations to increase revenue and control expenses without sacrificing guest satisfaction.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are met; maintain inventory and monthly counts.
