Qualifications

• Friendly personality ready to greet and converse with guests.
• Experience counting, handling, and tracking money accurately.
• Ability to learn pari-mutuel equipment and regulations.
• Age 21+ and able to work legally in the U.S.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Professional appearance and good hygiene as directed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the gaming area and engage with guests in a courteous manner.
• Explain how terminals work and promote club benefits and site amenities.
• Listen to guest concerns and attempt resolutions when possible.
• Accurately count and manage cash bank and transactions.
• Keep gaming area clean, stocked, and secure; handle routine tasks.
• Troubleshoot minor terminal issues and wagering systems as needed.
• Work well with staff and guests, resolving disagreements respectfully.
• Follow all gaming laws and internal controls, plus Title 31 and regulations.
• Maintain good relations with supervisors, employees, and regulators.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform additional duties as needed.
