Job summary

Potawatomi Casino | Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a Casino Beverage Service Supervisor to lead beverage outlets on the third shift. You will supervise frontline team members, ensure guest service excellence, and maintain safety and standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year related experience (supervisory preferred), familiarity with POS systems and MS Office, and the ability to work irregular hours. You will report to the Shift Manager and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred (6 months).
• Experience with POS systems and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, directing work, and evaluating staff.
• Oversee daily casino beverage service operations and frontline team, including cleaning and money handling.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings, establish reports, and delegate tasks.
• Ensure timely, positive resolution of guest inquiries, escalating to management as needed.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of service standards and beverage selections, promotions, and policies.
• Be prepared to work at other venues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
