Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. operates WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC and seeks a Beverage Shift Supervisor to manage the beverage service team during assigned shifts in Omaha, NE.

You will support guest satisfaction through team training, oversight, and hands-on leadership, while ensuring staffing, inventory, and cash handling adhere to policies. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager, oversee beverage operations, participate in orders, and help develop drink specials and promotions, aligning with tribal

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong POS operational and programming experience.
• Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations.
• Proficiency in operational financial management, accountability, and budgeting.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• ServSafe certification.
• TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service.
• Schedule beverage staff for coverage during operations and events.
• Monitor inventory and par levels; assist with orders.
• Ensure cash handling and comp balancing at shift end.
• Maintain compliance with training requirements and department policies.
• Develop drink specials and promotions.
• Stay current with beverage trends and service standards.
