Job summary

Bars & Recreation is seeking a Crew Lead to support on-site operations across its Milwaukee facilities. You will work with the SOM/HTM/HOMs and senior crew on duty to deliver outstanding guest experiences and train Crew Members during busy shifts.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and willingness to obtain a Class B Manager’s License. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and work opening shifts, weekends, and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality/service roles.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to obtain a Class B Manager’s License.
• Availability for openings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead when senior managers are not present.
• Open facilities, run pre-shift meetings and brief staff.
• Train and mentor crew members for efficiency and guest service.
• Assist with reservations, guest communications and events.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Collaborate with SOM/HTM/HOMs on operations and guest experience.
