The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Minimum two years in bartending and supervision in high-volume settings, plus strong communication and organizational skills, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and trends.
• Ability to diffuse guest complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Work independently with cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
• Ability to obtain gaming and alcohol service licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of beverage outlets and venues.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and retention of beverage staff.
• Prepare schedules to support demand while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and vendor partnerships.
