Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• One-year high-volume cocktail experience.
• Minimum one-year customer service experience focused on direct guest service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and friendly conversation with guests.
• Able to work any day of the week and flexible shifts.
• Team player and able to work with coworkers.
• Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Provide timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keep assigned areas clean and free of glasses and bottles.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints.
• Be knowledgeable about property events and attractions.
• Stock and manage side work at the station (coffee, glasses, sugar, etc.).
• Provide fast, courteous beverage service (20 minutes or less).
• Take drink orders, coordinate with bartender, assist in drink preparation.
