Job summary

Caesars Atlantic City is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to lead and develop the beverage team with clear direction and high energy. You will interview, train, and retrain staff; oversee beverage facilities; manage payroll for beverage employees; forecast payroll needs; and ensure adherence to Caesars Atlantic City policies and service standards.

You will work with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction, address performance issues, and communicate promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, trains and retrains Beverage staff and evaluates their performance.
• Oversees administration of beverage facilities and payroll forecasting.
• Ensures enforcement of Caesars Atlantic City policies and service standards.
• Regularly meets with staff to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
