Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a Guest Services Ambassador to engage guests on the casino floor, answer questions, and promote the Players' Club benefits while delivering outstanding service.

You will recruit new Members, strengthen relationships with current guests through direct mail, telemarketing, and personalized correspondence, and partner with Casino and Slot Hosts to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, and email.

Responsibilities

• Get out on the casino floor and connect with guests—answer their questions and help make their experience unforgettable.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while championing the Players' Club benefits and events.

Job Description

Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for the Players' Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests' needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.

• Partner with our Casino and Slot Hosts to create memorable player experiences and bring our best events to life.
