Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage guests, recruit Players’ Club members, and enhance loyalty through inquiries and on-floor support.

You will guide guests on the Players’ Club rewards, answer questions, and help organize guest events, while delivering superior service and maintaining accuracy in club point entries.

Job Description

Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for the Players' Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests' needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.
