Job summary

The Orleans Hotel & Casino is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome guests and promote the Players Club while circulating the casino floor to answer questions and assist with requests.

You will recruit new members, enhance current relationships, and educate guests on the Players Club point system and rewards. Flexibility in schedule and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for the Players' Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests' needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.
