Job Summary

Summary: Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and keep stations clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assist with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform general cleaning; remove trash and garbage.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cashiering with accuracy and process deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO.
11. Maintain pantry par levels and record replenishments and refrigerator temperatures daily.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
