Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing foods like meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
• Handle cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform cleaning duties; manage trash removal.
• Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy, handle receipts, and make deposits.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food items.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for sale daily, stock refrigerators, and rotate products.
• Record refrigerator temperatures and replenish food items, following proper procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
