• Location: USA CW Hospital - 1700 Center Street, Mobile, AL 36604. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Rotating schedule. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous customer service experience required.
• Pay Range: $12.00 per hour to $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; help with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness; remove trash to designated areas.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accuracy, and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory management: restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if issues arise.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Record refrigerator temperatures and replenish food items as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
