We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location: Atrium Health Pineville - 10628 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Open availability required. Rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior customer service and cash handling experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assists with catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Maintains cleanliness by performing general cleaning duties and trash removal.
• Provides service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handles cashiering according to procedures, maintains cash accuracy, and makes deposits.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Sets up serving lines, monitors food temperatures, and notifies cooks if temperatures are outside acceptable ranges.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepares items for purchase daily and ensures proper stock rotation.
• Records refrigerator temperatures and replenished amounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
