• We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
• Location: Piedmont Medical Center - 222 South Herlong Avenue, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior cashier or food service experience required.
• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale systems, assists chefs, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at cashier and coffee stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Support catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using POS systems.
• Perform cleaning duties; manage trash disposal.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately; make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food items.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and record keeping for inventory and temperatures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
