Job summary

Michaels in LA-Orange, CA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining well-merchandised, in-stock shelves while supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store appearance: merchandise recovery and in-stock presentation; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
