Are you seeking a role in a helpful, fun, and guest-focused environment? We are looking for Cashiers to deliver outstanding service to our customers, ensuring each shopper leaves eager to return.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
  • Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales efficiently, and handle monetary transactions carefully.
  • Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in good condition.
  • Stay Informed: Be aware of promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
  • Maintain Order: Keep your register station neat and stocked with supplies.
  • Communication: Relay guest requests to the Guest Services team to ensure satisfaction.
  • Quality Standards: Meet quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
  • Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
  • Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
What We're Looking For:
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
  • Retail Experience: Ability to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
  • Communication: Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Accuracy: Read, count, and write accurately for transactions.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate necessary equipment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and handling boxes and fixtures. Must be able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule:

The position offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, with schedules that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
