Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately post customer payments across methods and apply to invoices.
• Verify payment information and support documentation for processing.
• Research unapplied cash and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain organized AR records and data integrity.
• Prepare reports related to AR and cash application.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Assist with payment plans review and collections when needed.
• Coordinate monthly transfers and reconciliations.
