CrossCountry Mortgage is hiring a Cash Operations Analyst to support the Cash and Investor Reporting team for RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. The role focuses on transaction processing, exception analysis, and process improvement to ensure accurate account records and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has accounting or financial services experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of analytical problem solving, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and delivering

Qualifications

• BA/BS or 3-5 years' experience in accounting or financial services field
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Proven data, research and problem-solving skills with clear insights
• Excellent prioritization, time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to change and navigate the company structure
• Interest in operational, analytical and governance activities

Responsibilities

• Resolve account level and portfolio level issues while maintaining SLAs
• Ensure systems support loan-servicing operations per client needs
• Leverage available technologies to process transactions accurately
• Analyze transactional data to identify variances from expected results
• Perform process-level analysis to support improvements and controls
• Monitor daily transactions (~5000+) affecting borrowers and investors
• Isolate, model, and reproduce complex issues for resolution
• Collaborate with vendors and business units to align processes
• Serve as point of contact for deliverables and inquiries from investors and clients
• Provide qualitative insights on trends, exceptions, and deficiencies
• Assist with special projects to meet department goals
• Maintain and enhance RPMS compliance through training and development
