Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong data, research, and problem-solving skills; communicate insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with peers, vendors, investors.
• Ability to manage change and navigate a corporate structure.
• Desire to perform operational, analytical and governance activities.
• Motivation to take on additional work with limited direction.
• Understanding of servicing regulations and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account and portfolio issues while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Configure systems to support loan-servicing operations per client needs.
• Utilize available technologies to process transactions accurately.
• Analyze transactional data to identify discrepancies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis at account and process levels.
• Monitor daily 5000+ transactions affecting borrowers and regulators.
• Model and replicate complex issues to facilitate resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and business units to align processes.
• Act as a contact for investors, clients, and internal teams.
• Support management with insights on trends, exceptions and controls.
• Assist with special projects to meet department goals.
• Maintain ongoing professional knowledge and RPMS compliance.
