Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform verifications on money, coins, and checks.
• Process jackpots, cash checks, and redeem game tickets.
• Safeguard assets and follow internal controls and regulations.
• Maintain funds and balance on assigned shift.
• Monitor for fraud and counterfeit currency.
• Enter data for Players Club memberships and reports.
• Support guest loyalty and respond to guest requirements.
