Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform verifications on money, coins, and checks.
• Process jackpots, cash checks, and redeem gaming tickets.
• Safeguard assets and follow internal controls and regulations.
• Maintain funds entrusted on shift and monitor for fraud.
• Balance funds and prepare reconciliations; secure cash inventory.
• Identify valuable guests and support loyalty programs.
• Enter data for Players Club memberships and update accounts.
• Know events, promotions, and community activities; assist guests.
