Aston Carter is seeking a Cash Applications Analyst to handle high-volume cash application processes and post cash receipts in our Tulsa office. The role requires collaboration with sales, general managers, and controllers, with growth potential in a contract-to-hire capacity.

The ideal candidate has solid accounts receivable and cash application experience, proficiency with SAP/ERP, strong data entry, and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, to ensure accurate, timely cash posting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and cash application.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including MSF and Pivot tables.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash application processes.
• Post cash receipts in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, general managers, and controllers.
• Utilize software tools such as SAP, ERP, and Ascend for accounting purposes.
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including MSF and Pivot tables.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application.
