The ideal candidate has solid accounts receivable and cash application experience, proficiency with SAP/ERP, strong data entry, and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, to ensure accurate, timely cash posting.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume cash application processes.
• Post cash receipts in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, general managers, and controllers.
• Utilize various software tools such as SAP, ERP, and Ascend for accounting purposes.
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including MSF and Pivot tables.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application.

This position is based in an office environment with a team of 17 accounting and finance professionals. The company has a collaborative team culture and offers opportunities for advancement. The role is primarily in-office, reflecting the company's growth and stability, with no turnover since the current manager took over.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
