Responsibilities include service delivery, operational support, and documentation, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of clerical/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Service: answer inbound communications, fulfill requests, or address issues; draft professional emails to internal and external customers; contact customers regarding missing remittance information.
• Operational Support: perform tasks during inquiries; streamline workflow; review payment and remittance instructions and apply to accounts and invoices; identify and reconcile payment differences; research history for missing invoices; use Excel to assist with cash reconciliation.
• Documentation: handle daily documentation; maintain department records; use shared mailboxes and portals to retrieve remittance details; extract receivable/remittance information from archives to aid payment application.
• Business Proficiency: maintain knowledge of laws, regulations and policies; work in a team environment to meet goals and commitments.
