• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of clerical/administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound inquiries and resolve issues with strong service standards.
• Compose professional emails to internal and external customers.
• Contact customers about missing remittance information.
• Perform operational tasks and streamline workflow within the unit.
• Review payment/remittance instructions and apply to accounts/invoices.
• Identify and reconcile payment differences and post adjustments.
• Research payment histories for missing invoices/chargebacks.
• Use Excel to assist cash reconciliation and support transactions.
• Maintain documents and department records in systems.
• Use shared mailboxes and portals to retrieve remittance details.
• Extract receivable data with Document Direct and CIS for posting.
• Stay informed on applicable laws/policies affecting duties.
• Collaborate in a team environment and support department goals.
