FreedomCare is seeking a Case Resolution Specialist I in Pennsylvania. This field-based role requires 2–3 days per week commuting to the Pittsburgh office, with responsibilities spanning intake, onboarding, and restoration of homecare services for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service orientation with empathy.
• Ability to log detailed notes in CRM.
• Proficient computer skills; fast typing.
• Experience in a Customer Service environment.
• 2+ years in high-volume call center or similar.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level customer service through one-call resolution.
• Meet monthly performance metrics of starting patients on Care and call handling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers restoring services.
• Demonstrate effective case management with timely email, chat and voicemail responses.
• Enroll a minimum of 22 patients and caregivers monthly in Pennsylvania program.
• Navigate systems to determine eligibility and obtain authorization.
• Maintain detailed case notes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Intake, Care Teams and other departments to maximize value.
