Insight Housing seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to lead SSVF Case Managers, ensuring high-quality, audit-ready services for very low-income Veterans and families. The role emphasizes TFA review accuracy, staff coaching, and compliant documentation to support housing placement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in social services.
• 4+ years in case management, housing stabilization, or Veteran-serving programs.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience reviewing and monitoring TFA requests.
• Strong documentation, compliance and audit readiness.
• Experience conducting case file reviews and giving feedback.
• Proficiency with HMIS or similar case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Case Managers to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure housing stability goals and client outcomes are met.
• Review and approve TFA requests for eligibility and accuracy.
• Conduct regular case file reviews to ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor compliance with SSVF regulations, policies, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on case planning and service coordination.
• Track staff performance and address gaps with targeted training.
• Support onboarding and ongoing TFA policy training for staff.
• Report program performance and risks to the SSVF Program Manager.
• Assist with audits, monitoring visits, and funder reviews.
