Job summary

Insight Housing is seeking a Case Manager to provide housing stabilization services for homeless Veteran families. You will coordinate intake, conduct outreach, and deliver comprehensive case management to increase housing stability and connect clients with VA and other benefits.

Under supervision, you will develop individual budgets, action plans, and strengthen relationships with landlords; maintain HMIS records and ensure privacy compliance in every step.

Qualifications

• High school required; Bachelor's in Social Services a plus.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• 1 year experience with homelessness, mental health, or related issues.
• Proficient with HMIS and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and eligibility for new clients; maintain files.
• Provide street/venue outreach to homeless Veterans.
• Maintain caseload; deliver housing and vocational case management.
• Develop budgets and service plans with each Veteran client.
• Link participants to VA benefits and other supports; HMIS data entry within 24 hours.
