Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. in Anchorage, AK seeks a dedicated professional to support residents within our evidence-based rehabilitation framework. You will oversee a caseload, implement program plans, and help residents progress toward life skills and community reentry goals.

Under supervision, you will learn and apply the What Works system, train junior staff, and contribute to a cohesive team focused on safe, structured reintegration and strong collaboration with contracting agencies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's for certain roles may be required by contract obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residents and assist in program planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the program.
• Support residents in budgeting, housing, and educational/vocational activities.
• Maintain confidential resident files and document progress.
