GEO Reentry Services LLC in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a dedicated Monitor to support residents under supervision, manage caseloads, and apply program policies as directed by the Facility Director.

The role involves developing personalized plans, guiding residents toward employment, housing, education, and community activities, and maintaining confidential records in a security-conscious environment. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred.
• Substance abuse or domestic violence certification preferred.
• One year experience as a Monitor or two years in a related field preferred.
• Valid, active driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• May perform Monitor duties including resident intakes and breath analysis.
• Develop personalized programs with measurable criteria and timelines.
• Assist residents with budgeting, housing, education, and employment activities.
• Monitor facility safety and sanitation and assign daily chores.
• Maintain confidential resident files and ensure data security.
• Assist Job Developers to verify employment for residents.
