Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a dedicated case manager to support residents through program plans and evidence-based practices. You will manage a caseload, document progress, and assist with skill development and employment readiness.

Under supervision, you will ensure confidentiality, coordinate with job developers, and support residents toward successful community reentry and independent living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• One year of experience in human services, corrections or community-based service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and administer program policies and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practices and the What Works framework in interactions with clients.
• Train and assist less experienced case managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of client files.
• Coordinate with Job Developers to verify residents' employment and progress.
