GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a dedicated Case Manager to oversee a caseload, conduct risk/needs assessments, and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with the contracting agency. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices and accurate documentation to support court reviews.

You will train new staff, monitor client progress, and coordinate with agencies to ensure compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities and strong report writing are valued assets in this position.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Explain program rules and contracts to clients.
• Monitor client compliance and document progress in company database.
• Train and assist less experienced staff.
• Prepare court-ready program reports.
• Represent GEO in contacts with officials and public figures.
• May testify in court regarding client compliance.
