Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Case Manager Lead to oversee a team of five case managers and manage an inventory of about 50 high-value HV cases through the litigation process. The role reports to the Pre-Suit Attorney and partners with Trial Attorneys to coordinate case strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3–5 years in a leadership role, and experience in personal injury or insurance positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is valued.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 2+ years in a legal position or insurance adjuster preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; typing speed at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Routinely manage dashboards to track case progress.
• Oversee a high-value inventory of ~50 cases from inception to litigation.
• Implement efficient case management strategies to streamline processes.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and support submission to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and milestones.
