Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager Lead to supervise a team of five case managers and oversee an inventory of approximately 50 high-value cases.

This on-site position reports to the Pre-Suit Attorney and partners with Trial Attorneys to coordinate litigation-ready cases. The ideal candidate has personal injury case management experience, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
• 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferred.
• At least 2 years of working in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching and team-building.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers with regular meetings and evaluations.
• Oversee a high-value inventory of ~50 cases from inception to litigation.
• Manage dashboards to track case progress and ensure timely handling.
• Prepare demands and coordinate submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain quality and compliance across case management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology integration.
