Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 5 case managers with guidance and support.
• Conduct team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions.
• Manage dashboards to ensure cases move forward effectively.
• Oversee ~50 high-value cases from inception to litigation.
• Prepare demands and support submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines and milestones and address issues.
